What is the Primary Health System
PHS involves the left and right facing arrows in your human design chart. This is also known as the “variable arrows” or the “4 transformations”.
PHS shows us how to optimize our energetic health to support our overall wellbeing in 4 aspects (in order):
1- Diet, 2- Environment, 3- Perspective, 4- Motivation

MY Arrows & My wellness Routine
I have 3 left arrows and 1 right arrow so my wellbeing is supported when I have daily routine, structure and consistency
3 meals a day to fuel my active brain
Creative or focused work at the same time everyday (morning time for me)
Meditating/Yoga/Gentle movement in the morning time
Listen to the same playlist/artist for months at a time
Frequenting same coffee shops and pilates studios
Wearing beiges, whites and neutrals (the Steve Jobs uniform concept)
Decreasing daily decision fatigue by having the daily “mundane” things be consistent, repetitive or already scheduled so my active brain can focus on bigger ideas
