Step into an evening of movement, music, and restoration
Surrounded by vibrant greenery and living plants, you are invited to slow down and ground the senses—touch, sound, scent, sight, and breath.
This two-hour experience begins with time to arrive and mingle before flowing into a 60-minute guided yoga practice accompanied by live Ukulele instrumentation. As the practice softens, you’ll relax into a 15-minute crystal sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind. The evening closes with a soothing ukulele outro and a nourishing treat to enjoy as you transition back into the night.
Come as you are, and leave feeling rooted, refreshed, and uplifted—held by sound, movement, and nature.
