Join us on the lawn at LPN Farms in Waialua on Oahu's North Shore for a sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls, followed by a warm Tulsi (Holy Basil) tea ceremony to close the evening.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and permission to rest.
THE EXPERIENCE:
🎶 Restorative Sound Bath(60 minutes):
Lie down on your yoga mat, get comfortable, and let 432 Hz crystal singing bowls do the work. The frequencies help calm your nervous system and guide you into deep rest. Think of it as a reset button for your body and mind.
🍵 Sacred Farm-to-Cup Tulsi Tea Ceremony(30 minutes):
We close with warm Tulsi tea, also known as Holy Basil, an adaptogenic herb known for reducing stress and supporting calm. Harvested from the earth around you, this is your moment to ease back into the evening feeling grounded and settled.
🌅 Sunset Setting: You'll practice on our open lawn with Mount Ka'ala to your left and ocean views ahead. Surrounded by the abundance of dragon fruit vines, papaya trees, and lush greenery. This is O'ahu's North Shore at its most peaceful- a wellness sanctuary where Hawaii's natural beauty meets mindful relaxation.

Insect repellent (We recommend bringing your preferred spray—peppermint, citronella—as nature is active at sunset!)
Pillow, cushion or light blanket (for maximum comfort during the sound bath)
