A safe space to regulate, nourish our bodies, create a compassionate dialogue with our minds and listen deep within.

A wellness class incorporating multiple somatic (body-based) practices for settling the mind, connecting inward and building a compassionate dialogue within yourself.

This 60 min class includes a dynamic blend of:
- Yin Yoga (Gentle)
- Down regulating Breathwork
- Meditation
- Somatic practice or Vagus Nerve Exercise
- Sound bath with crystal sound bowls

Your registration includes access to the recording if you are unable to make it live.
